Best AI Visibility Tools for Agencies (White-Label, 2026)

Raphaël Aubry · Founder of Howseen AI · Updated October 2026

The best AI visibility tool for an agency is the one that lets you report under your own brand, price per client, and turn the data into deliverables your clients pay for. On the official pages we checked on 3 October 2026, only a handful of tools publish real agency features: AI Peekaboo (white-label reports from $100 a month), Rankscale (white-label on its $385 Growth plan), Goodie AI (an agency plan at $275 a month), Scrunch (a multi-client workspace and partner program) and Howseen (white-label reports and dashboards from €79 per client brand on Pro, with volume discounts from 10% to 25%, never below €50 per site).

Clients have started asking their agency the same question: "Does ChatGPT recommend us, or our competitors?" Agencies that can answer with a branded report, every week, keep the account. The ones that answer with screenshots of a chatbot lose it to the agency that can. The tool you pick decides which one you are.

The shift is measurable in 2026. Pew Research Center found that Google users who saw an AI summary clicked a traditional search result in 8% of visits, against 15% when no summary appeared (Pew Research Center). Gartner predicted that search engine volume would drop 25% by 2026, due to AI chatbots and other virtual agents. Clients feel it in their traffic before they see it in a report, which is why generative engine optimization (GEO) has become an agency line item.

What should an agency look for in an AI visibility tool?

Five things matter more for an agency than for a brand: white-label, per-client pricing, a multi-client workspace, client access, and execution.

  • White-label reports. Your logo, your colors, ideally your domain. Clients should see your agency's work, not a vendor's.
  • Per-client pricing that leaves margin. A tool priced per seat or per prompt pack gets expensive fast across 10 clients. Per-brand pricing with volume discounts is easier to resell.
  • One workspace for every client. Switching accounts for each client kills the weekly reporting routine.
  • Client access without extra seats. Clients want to log in and see their own numbers. Per-seat fees turn that into a cost.
  • Execution, not only tracking. A chart that says "you are invisible" is a problem, not a deliverable. Content, action plans and audits are what you can bill as a retainer.

Which AI visibility tools have real agency features?

Here is what each vendor shows publicly for agencies, checked on official pages on 3 October 2026. "Not stated" means we found nothing on the official pricing page, not that the feature cannot exist on a custom deal.

Which tool fits which kind of agency?

Match the tool to how you sell AI visibility, not to the longest feature list.

You want to add a branded AI visibility report to existing SEO clients, on a tight budget. AI Peekaboo is the cheapest published path to white-label reports ($100 a month and up). Expect to do the analysis and the fixes yourself.

You want to resell AI visibility as a retainer with deliverables included. Howseen is built for that: white-label reports and dashboards, one place for every client, unlimited client users, and per-brand pricing with automatic volume discounts (-10% from 2 brands, -15% from 5, -20% from 15, up to -25% from 25, never below €50 per site). On Pro, each client brand includes 50 prompts tracked every 3 days on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, a technical audit, an off-page action plan and 15 articles a month written from the pages AI already cites. Disclosure: Howseen is our product.

You manage many brands and want credits you can spread. Rankscale's credit-based plans cover up to 10 brands on Pro, with white-label on Growth ($385 a month).

You run an established agency with enterprise clients. Scrunch's partner program (special pricing, commissions up to 20%, a single workspace for all clients) and Goodie AI's agency plan ($275 a month) are built for larger teams. Profound sells custom enterprise contracts.

How do agencies price AI visibility for clients?

Price the outcome, not the tool. The tool is a cost line inside a retainer that includes reporting, analysis and execution.

A simple way to build it:

  1. Tool cost per client. For example, a per-brand plan at €79 a month, lower with volume discounts.
  2. Reporting time. A weekly or monthly branded report, read and commented by your team.
  3. Execution. Content published, listings secured on the pages AI cites, technical fixes. This is the part clients value most, and the part a tracker alone does not do.
  4. Your margin. Many agencies sell AI visibility as an add-on to an existing SEO retainer rather than as a standalone line.

Execution is the part worth billing because it moves the numbers: the GEO paper presented at KDD 2024 reports that "GEO can boost visibility by up to 40% in generative engine responses."

What sells it in the first meeting is proof on the client's own brand: which buyer questions they lose, and which competitors AI names instead. A free AI visibility check on the prospect's brand often does more than any deck.

What do AI engines quote when someone asks for an agency tool?

They quote comparison pages, not vendor sites. In our own tracking between 23 September and 2 October 2026, the answers to "Top GEO tools for agencies", "AI visibility tools with white-label reports" and "Best alternative to Profound for agencies" were built mostly from third-party listicles and comparison posts, while the brands most often named were Profound, Peec AI and PromptWatch.

That is good news for agencies: it means your clients can win the same way, by being listed and compared on the pages AI already reads. It is also why measuring share of voice in AI answers per engine is the first report worth selling.

Our own dataset points the same way. Across 5,331 AI answers to 378 buyer questions on 5 engines (16 August to 4 October 2026), ChatGPT attached sources to 97.8% of its answers, and Perplexity cited 17.4 sources per answer against 5.2 for ChatGPT (full study). Each engine reads a different mix of pages, which is why how AI chooses brands differs per engine, and why a per-engine report is worth more to a client than one blended score.

Google says the same about its own AI surfaces:

"There are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, nor other special optimizations necessary." (Google Search Central, AI features and your website)

In practice, the work your clients pay for is verifiable work: indexed pages, clear answers, and mentions on the third-party pages AI already trusts. When a client asks why AI recommends competitors instead of them, this is usually the answer.

Questions to ask a vendor before you sign

Six questions separate a tool you can resell at a margin from one that eats it: branding, pricing, client access, engines, execution and data exit.

  • Can reports carry our logo and domain, with no vendor branding?
  • Is pricing per client brand, per seat or per prompt pack, and what happens at 10 and 25 clients?
  • Can clients log in to see only their own brand, at no extra cost?
  • Which AI engines are covered on the plan we would buy, and how often do they run?
  • What does the tool do after the data: audit, action plan, content, publishing?
  • Can we export data, and what happens to client data if we leave?

FAQ

Four questions agencies ask most often about AI visibility tools in 2026, answered from official vendor pages checked on 3 October 2026.

What is the best AI visibility tool for agencies?

It depends on how you sell. For white-label reports on a budget, AI Peekaboo starts at $100 a month for white-label. For reselling a retainer with content and action plans included, Howseen offers white-label reports and dashboards from €79 per client brand on Pro, with volume discounts up to 25%, never below €50 per site. For large agencies with enterprise clients, Scrunch's partner program and Goodie AI's agency plan are options. Checked on official pages on 3 October 2026.

Which AI visibility tools offer white-label reports?

On official pages checked on 3 October 2026: Howseen (reports and full dashboard), AI Peekaboo (from $100 a month) and Rankscale (Growth plan, $385 a month). Semrush and Knowatoa list white-label as enterprise only.

Is there an alternative to Profound for agencies?

Yes. Profound sells custom enterprise contracts. Agency-focused options with public pricing include Howseen, AI Peekaboo, Rankscale, Goodie AI and Scrunch's partner program.

How much should an agency pay per client for AI visibility tracking?

Published per-brand prices start around $30 to €79 a month for one brand (Howseen's own entry is €39 on Starter, €79 on Pro), before volume discounts. Agencies usually resell it inside a retainer that includes reporting and execution, priced on the outcome rather than on the tool.

Bottom line

For an agency, the right AI visibility tool is a white-label reporting engine plus a source of billable deliverables. Check white-label, per-client pricing and client access first, then what the tool does after the data.
